Formentera - Ibiza

Formentera is the smallest of the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean, reachable by regular boats from Playa D’en Bossa. With stunning beaches backed by dunes, crystal clear waters and fewer visitors, than the mainland, a day at Formentera is pure snorkelling paradise.

During the day, between naps in the sun and swimming in gorgeous clear water, I saw dusky groupers, salema ‘dream fish’ and thick-lipped mullet. Inspired by the sea life and relaxed by a day on the beach I booked a dive with Anfibios Scuba Diving the follwing day to visit a small sea mount off Playa D’en Bossa.
