Petworth Park

Just thought I'd add Petworth Park to the list. From the A272 just west of Petworth, you can park up in a lay-by, cross the road and through the gate, across a football and cricket pitch, and there you have a good couple of acres of flat flying space.

I've flown there every now and again over the past couple of years, static and with my board. Gets fairly busy with walkers, but never had any issues, only interest from them and they generally stick to the perimeter of the field anyway.

Best suits a southerly wind which will blown in nice and clean of the downs. Anything else gets a bit hairy and choppy.
